Recognized for her expertise in Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Team Management, Strategic Planning, and Organization, Lisa has a proven ability to examine the fine details of a process and identify opportunities to streamline and automate all moving parts of the business, benefiting the overall function and vision of a company. She has worked on major internal projects, including: leading cross-functional teams to successful targeted launches, systems setup and customization, and SOP implementation. Lisa is passionate about bringing a personalized level of support to companies resulting in aligned and motivated teams and developing best practices for efficient workflows across all areas of a business.
